I'm building the firm I think we need.
For over a decade, I worked on building operational and commercial infrastructure inside fast-growing companies. The ambition was real. So was the cost. Senior people doing extensive manual work, holding the operation together with spreadsheets and long nights.
The technology to shift this in a meaningful way finally exists. The work itself is not going away, but the time we allocate to it can be spent on what actually matters: building, reasoning, and decision-making. So I started the firm I think we need, and I'm looking for people to build it with me. This page is for you.
What I'm building
Most AI investments fail for an unglamorous reason: the operational and commercial foundations underneath them are broken. My goal is to help ambitious organisations fix those foundations first, then build on top of them. The bet behind this firm is simple. One person with the right architecture, and AI multiplying their capacity, can do what used to take a team, with more judgement, not less. This firm is me trying to prove that thesis, one engagement at a time.
Who I'm looking for
Two kinds of person, really. One or two founding partners: senior operators who want to own a piece of something from the start, not step into a defined seat. And what I call AI architects: people who can deliver real work at a level where one person matches a traditional team, and who find that prospect exciting rather than daunting. None of this is a job posting. It's an invitation to a conversation about what we can build together.
If you need a defined role and a clear ladder right now, this isn't it unfortunately. That said, if you want to build the ladder and climb it together, you're in the right place.
What it's actually like
Small and early. Right now, it's me. You would work with me directly. No layers, no committee, minimal bureaucracy. The path isn't proven yet, and that's the honest truth and the actual opportunity.
